Ryan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he also received his Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a Certificate in Pathokinesiology. During his clinical experience in Pittsburgh, Ryan had the opportunity to work with athletic, orthopedic, geriatric, and pediatric populations in the outpatient setting.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Ryan served as a strength and conditioning coordinator and captain for the nationally ranked Ultimate Frisbee team. After retiring from his collegiate playing career, Ryan served as an assistant coach for Pittsburgh’s developmental ultimate frisbee program. Ryan’s involvement in these athletic programs sparked a passion for helping young athletes to reach their highest potentials, both on and off the field. This passion has continued to drive Ryan in his clinical practice, where he plans to obtain his Sports Clinical Specialist Certification to further help his patients.

Ryan is a native of Long Island and has most recently lived in Pittsburgh prior to returning to the New York area. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, traveling, and exercising.
