Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from Northeastern University graduating with magna cum laude honors. His clinical experience includes orthopedics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine. Michael is also a certified personal trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
During his time at Northeastern, Michael was an avid soccer player for the men’s club team for five years and co-captained the team during his senior year. Michael has treated at several orthopedic and sports-based clinics across the country, including an 11-week affiliation with the Indiana Pacers basketball team.
Michael’s clinical interests include manual therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and Maitland mobilizations. Outside of the clinic, Michael’s interests and hobbies include playing soccer, strength training, running, NFL football, and staying up-to-date on the latest health and fitness innovations.
His interest in sports medicine and focus on helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals has brought him from Boston to SPEAR PT, where he is excited to help his patients improve their function and health.
