Katy earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. During her time in undergrad at the University of Oklahoma, Katy volunteered to mentor local high school students and worked as a physical therapy technician. It was during this time that Katy developed an excitement about helping high school athlete competes to their fullest potential, and in helping them achieve their personal goals.
Katy had the opportunity to work with many diagnoses and patient populations during her variety of outpatient, inpatient, sport-specific, and vestibular focused clinical education. Katy also has experience working alongside athletic trainers to provide optimal rehabilitation to college athletes. Katy has a passion for helping others return to living without pain so they can do their favorite things with ease.
In her free time, Katy enjoys traveling around the country and abroad, exploring new restaurants, hiking, staying active, attending concerts, and the joy of a good cup of coffee! Katy loves cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturdays and enjoys visiting her family at home in Texas.
