Stratos earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Seton Hall University in Nutley, NJ in 2023 after obtaining his B.S in Exercise Science from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY in 2019. His clinical experience during his time at Seton Hall included outpatient orthopedics and acute care including multiple ICUs, post-orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, and stroke units. Stratos also received the Clinical Education award at graduation for top clinical performance in his program.
Stratos began to carve his path towards physical therapy in high school where he went to physical therapy himself for back and knee injuries. He became interested in the body’s resilience and its ability to bounce back from injuries. He always knew he wanted to work with the athletic population, and even the everyday person who wants to get back to doing what they love. Throughout school and his clinical experience, Stratos also came to appreciate the personal connection he gets to make with patients every day. This is a component of the profession that he values very much when treating. Some of his clinical interests include orthopedic injuries, manual therapy and return to sport training.
Stratos was born and raised in Queens, NY. He enjoys powerlifting, video games, going to country concerts, as well as playing recreational league basketball and baseball. He is also a huge NY Giants and Mets fan!
