





Shreya is a highly skilled and experienced physical therapist with a passion for helping people recover from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has bachelor’s in Physical therapy degree from Gujarat University of Health Science. She has a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Long Island University, which has provided her with a deeper understanding of the body’s response to exercise and the importance of physical activity in promoting health and well-being. Her expertise lies in sports-related surgeries, spinal dysfunction, and post-surgical conditions, and she also holds a certificate in kinesio tapping.
As a physical therapist, she has spent more than three years helping patients regain their mobility and function after surgery or injury. She specializes in working with patients who have undergone sports-related surgeries, such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and meniscus repair. Her deep understanding of the surgical process and the biomechanics of sports-related injuries enables her to develop customized rehabilitation protocols that facilitate optimal recovery and return to sport. She is also well-versed in treating spinal dysfunction, including conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and sciatica. Through advanced training in manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization and manipulation, she can help alleviate pain and improve function for patients with spinal dysfunction.
During free time, Shreya enjoys exploring new places through travel, engaging in adventurous activities, hiking, spending quality time with loved ones, and indulging in her favorite TV series and movies.
