Sara is an orthopedic physical therapist and Academy of Pelvic Health (APTA) trained pelvic health physical therapist. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Through her clinical affiliations, Sara has experience treating patients with various orthopedic and neurological conditions. She also dedicated time to underserved communities in Philadelphia, providing trauma-informed care and management of complex pulmonary and cardiac issues at Drexel’s 11th Street Family Health Center.

Dedicated to offering personalized treatment, Sara adopts a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practice, empathy, and compassion. Her therapeutic interventions incorporate a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise, and breathwork to enhance range of motion, build strength, alleviate pain, and regulate the nervous system. She believes that successful treatment starts with the development of trust and collaboration between the physical therapist and patient.

Originally from San Francisco, Sara has been living on the East Coast since 2016. A former competitive swimmer throughout high school and college, Sara maintains an active lifestyle. She finds joy in cycling, weightlifting, and hiking. She also has fun hosting dinner parties and mastering the art of baking sourdough bread.
