Sabrina earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, where she was a Division II Track and Field team and a member of the Acrobatics and Tumbling team.

During her time at Thomas Jefferson University, Sabrina gained valuable experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including acute care, outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. Her diverse background enables her to offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Sabrina’s treatment approach is holistic, focusing on the whole individual and utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Sabrina is deeply passionate about community service and actively contributes to the National Association for Black Physical Therapists in Philadelphia, where she served as the Chapter Development Chair. In this role, she spearheaded initiatives to provide blood pressure screenings, health education, preventive care education, and insights into the physical therapy profession. Sabrina’s commitment to community health extends beyond national borders; she has traveled to Zacapa, Guatemala, offering pro-bono physical therapy services in several clinics. Her work in Guatemala involved treating a diverse population, including pediatrics, adults, and older adults, demonstrating her adaptability and dedication to improving global health outcomes.

Beyond professional pursuits, Sabrina has a love for sports, particularly soccer and baseball. She enjoys traveling, going on long runs, and practicing her tumbling skills. Sabrina cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones and seeks to inspire others through her passion for health and wellness.
