Rob earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy through Ithaca College’s accelerated six-year program, minoring in Health & Wellness. His clinical experience includes working in orthopedics, sports medicine, injury prevention, return-to-sport, acute care, neurological rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy.
Throughout his doctorate program, Rob was enthusiastic about educating his college community about injury risk and safe training practices. Rob and his roommate created their own opportunity and co-founded a program where PT students performed injury prevention workshops for various club sports teams, including basketball and dance. He is passionate about learning and teaching, and plans on further developing his skills and knowledge through educational courses and workshops.
Rob strives to empower people to take control of their condition, providing his patients with the necessary tools to make a positive change in their pain, function, and performance. He incorporates principles of strength and conditioning and pain science into his rehab process, while focusing on building resiliency and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle. Rob will individualize each plan of care to help every patient achieve their unique goals.
Born and raised in southern Vermont, Rob loves to get outdoors and stay active. Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, playing golf, running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Rob is looking forward to exploring new neighborhoods and taking advantage of all that NYC has to offer.
