Ritika initiated her academic journey in Mumbai, India, and received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from MUHS. She subsequently pursued her master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, Florida. In the arenas of research studies and as a sports scientist for the women’s basketball team, she cultivated invaluable expertise and honed her skills during her tenure there.

With a passion for yoga, she attained certification as a yoga instructor and has been imparting her knowledge in this domain for the past three years. Additionally, she has acquired certifications in functional training and Kinesio taping.

Through Ritika’s clinical experience at the professional physical therapy clinic (Manhattan, NY), she gained expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports- related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation and functional movement training.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ritika harbors a strong interest in the arts. During her leisure time, she indulges in singing, playing musical instruments, and exploring her creativity through painting. Furthermore, she possesses a fervor for travel, always eager to venture into new places and experiences. Ritika undeniably finds joy in NYC and eagerly anticipates embarking on this new adventure at Spear!
