Rajvi Savla, PT, MS
Rajvi achieved her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from MUHS, India, and further pursued her Master’s degree in Advancing Physiotherapy Practices from Coventry University, UK. Over the course of four years practicing in Mumbai, she has gained extensive experience working with diverse patient populations. Her expertise encompasses treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological impairments, geriatric conditions, and pediatric rehabilitation. These professional encounters have enriched her understanding of
functional movement and the comprehensive rehabilitation process. Rajvi takes a holistic approach in tailoring treatment plans to assist her patients in attaining their goals.
Rajvi completed her Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Tampa. During her time there, she gained experience as a sports scientist for the women’s basketball team. This hands-on involvement with the athletes reinforced her belief in the significance of early intervention and injury prevention. Additionally, she places great importance on fostering a strong patienttherapist relationship and rapport as a means to effectively collaborate and achieve shared goals.
Rajvi demonstrates clinical interests in various areas, encompassing early intervention, injury prevention, balance training, optimizing recovery for post musculoskeletal injuries, facilitating the return to play for athletes, and providing rehabilitation for individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries (SCI), and pediatric rehabilitation.
Recently moved from Tampa, Rajvi is excited to explore NYC. She enjoys hiking, traveling, dancing, and indulging in various cuisines. She stays active by practicing yoga, mat Pilates and functional training. Rajvi enjoys exploring local artists, trying new coffee places and baked goods. Raised in the bustling metropolis of Mumbai, Rajvi is excited to see what NYC has in store.
