He facilitates self-efficacy and an active treatment environment that empowers his patient to take action in their physical therapy journey. His treatment style places emphasis on decreasing biomechanical imbalances through manual therapy, kinesiotaping, and most importantly highly specific therapeutic exercise.
Olu is an avid exercise enthusiast and fills his need for physical activity through a daily gym practice, bouldering, biking, hiking, and playing pickup basketball in NYC. When he is not getting active he is usually at East New York farms using his physical ability to help maintain his community garden. In his free time, Olu enjoys home brewing pour over coffee, nerding out on physical therapy science, and listening to podcasts.
