Nisha was born and raised in Ahmedabad, India. She received her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from Gujarat University. With many relatives in the medical field, she grew up watching her family members helping people recover from illness and getting back to their normal healthy lives, inspiring her to to help others achieve their health-related goals as well. Nisha was drawn to physical therapy, finding it to be a perfect match for her goal to provide high quality individualized care for every patient.
Nisha has worked in different areas of the physical therapy field. She completed her internship at a civil government hospital in various departments, including cardio pulmonary, neurosurgery, ICU and orthopedic rehabilitation. She has also worked in outpatient clinics and hospitals treating different orthopedic conditions such as PFPS, adhesive capsulitis, arthritis, sprain and strain, back pain, and postoperative conditions. She utilizes various skills in her practice, including manual therapy and myofascial release, and delivers detailed care plans in response to complex need. Her goal as a physical therapist is to provide excellent care to all individuals and help each patient return to their normal daily activities without any pain or discomfort as quickly as possible.
In her free time, Nisha enjoys staying physically active through hiking, yoga and kayaking. She also loves traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, playing cards, and indoor games.
