Michelle earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from College of Staten Island after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at SUNY New Paltz.

While studying at SUNY New Paltz, Michelle found her passion in sports and movement. She competed in powerlifting meets, was a member of the rugby team, and became a Certified Personal Trainer. Her passion for her career stems from the successful rehabilitation of her own sports injuries through physical therapy. Michelle has experience in orthopedics, sport-specific injuries, inpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, geriatrics, and neurology. She believes in the importance of continuing education and staying up to date with the latest research. She is currently Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor 1 certified and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.

Michelle is a native Brooklynite who enjoys discovering the best meals in the boroughs, going upstate for hikes, working out, and going for bike rides. She is passionate about traveling, learning about other cultures, and wants to see as much of this world as possible. She can be won over by donuts, dogs, and a good cup of coffee!
