From an early age, Meredith participated in athletics such as soccer, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, dance, track, and cross country. Her passion for physical therapy began in middle school when she was a patient herself due to sports-related injuries. From her own rehabilitative experience, Meredith understands and appreciates the challenge of recovery. Meredith is passionate about helping others, especially when it comes to getting them back to living their daily lives. Her training included evidence-based education, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise to safely rehab her patients. As a physical therapist, Meredith works with her patients to collaborate on goals and a personal plan of care to get back to living the life they love.
Meredith grew up in Long Island and is excited to be back in the area doing what she loves. In her spare time, Meredith loves running along the East River or in Central Park, eating her way through the city, spending time with friends and family, and planning her next adventure.
