Ma Isabel Lucena, PT, DPT
Isabel earned her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in 2018 before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Arcadia University, expecting to graduate in 2024. Specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, she’s dedicated to aiding individuals in their recovery from injuries and improving physical performance.
Beginning her career in the Philippines, Isabel handled diverse cases including pediatrics, post stroke, post-surgical interventions, and various injuries. Since relocating to New York in 2022, she has focused on musculoskeletal cases, specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Outside of her work, Isabel enjoys exploring her passions. She loves immersing herself in different cultures through travel and food, finding inspiration in the culinary traditions of diverse communities. She also finds solace and creativity in baking and cooking, often experimenting with new recipes. Additionally, Isabel finds joy in watching various movies and sports, embracing the diverse experiences that life has to offer.
