Lukasz Mroz, PT, MS, OMT, PNF, OCS
Lukasz earned his Bachelors and Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Warsaw Medical University in Poland. His clinical experience includes post-operative outpatient/inpatient orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation. During his first job in a private orthopedic clinic, he observed multiple live surgeries, which helped him attain a better understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
Lukasz’s clinical interests include manual therapy, and treating sports related injuries. He is also certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (Kaltenborn-Evjenth OMT) as well as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
During his time at Carolina Medical Center in Warsaw, Lukasz was a member of an elite team, which supported the activities of the Polish National Ballet dancers, and worked with athletes during outdoor sporting events such as running and mountain biking (MTB) marathons. He also participated in a city sponsored postural assessment program for children in elementary schools, and implemented a program of corrective exercises.
During his free time, Lukasz likes to stay active with swimming, weight lifting, biking and hiking. He is also extremely passionate about travel, and visiting new countries and cities, but always makes plenty of time for his family and friends.
