Lily earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. Prior to receiving her doctorate, Lily earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While in college, she competed on the women’s soccer team and worked as a student medical assistant in the athletic training room.

Lily was first exposed to physical therapy following multiple knee surgeries in high school and college. She saw firsthand the positive impact physical therapy can provide on a person’s livelihood. This experience inspired her to focus her clinical education in outpatient orthopedics, but during her graduate studies, she also completed a clinical experience in acute medicine at a Level I Trauma hospital. Prior to moving to NYC, she worked in Boston treating acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, athletic injuries, and various pelvic health diagnoses. When it comes to treatment, Lily is a strong believer in patient education combined with exercise to empower her patients to become active participants in their care.

Lily’s professional passion lies in treating pelvic health conditions across all genders. She has completed specialty training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. As an avid runner, Lily also has a strong interest in running injuries and gait analysis. Outside of the clinic, you will find Lily running in the park, visiting her family in the Midwest, or hiking in the Catskills.
