Krina completed her Doctorate in Physical therapy at Stony Brook University. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from Stony Brook University.

Krina has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, through her experience she has developed an expertise in movement mechanics for both the adult and pediatric populations. She is a board certified pediatric clinical specialist. She is also currently a teaching assistant for the DPT program at Stony Brook University.

Growing up Krina was a competitive swimmer, specializing in butterfly and backstroke. Since graduating college, she has become an avid yoga practitioner and completed her 200 yoga teacher training in 2018. She believes that breath -work in combination to movement allow for improved mobility and function, ultimately improving rehabilitation outcomes.

In her free time Krina enjoys spending time with friends and exploring new places. She loves to read, hike, bake, and sew.
