Kinnery earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Miami, FL, and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Rutgers University. During her graduate studies, Kinnery served on the board for the Student Physical Therapy Association as the social media chair.
During her time in graduate school, Kinnery completed clinical rotations in various outpatient and acute settings. She treated functional training for both sport and non-sport-related injuries. She also completed a rotation in pelvic health rehabilitation, where she treated patients recovering from incontinence, diastasis recti, and those with different grades of pelvic organ prolapse. Kinnery’s goal is to become certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation practitioner to further advocate for women’s health and the postpartum demographic. Kinnery is passionate about providing individualized care and incorporating treatment plans to restore function and reach her patients’ goals.
Outside of the clinic, Kinnery enjoys taking a range of workout classes, including, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, and cycling. She enjoys exploring the city’s endless options of cuisine, going to concerts, and sporting events.
