Kingston earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate Medical University in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to receiving his Doctorate, Kingston obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University. 

Throughout his clinical rotations, Kingston has worked with an array of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, encompassing chronic neck and lower back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, among more. His final clinical affiliation was at Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Center. He treated a variety of vestibular disorders, including BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, post-concussion syndrome, and visual vertigo. Kingston believes in evidence-based treatment and emphasizes personalized care to individual needs, believing in empowering patients through education to achieve their rehabilitation goals.  

During his free time, Kingston finds joy in hiking, attending concerts, reading comic books, and exploring NYC to try out new foods.
