Kevin Terrier, PT, DPT

Kevin earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College. He graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. During his undergraduate tenure, he was a member and the student strength coach of the St. John’s cheerleading team. Kevin became a certified Personal trainer and achieved professional status in natural bodybuilding in 2014. He became interested in Physical Therapy while guiding clients through injuries. Going through therapy himself after his knee injury, though, was the catalyst to becoming a Physical Therapist.
During his clinical rotations, Kevin worked in acute care, subacute care, outpatient, and pediatric settings. He gained experience working with patients of all ages, helping them through sports, non-sports injuries, and neurological deficiencies. He believes in using evidence-based practices, manual therapy, exercise, and functional activity re-education/modification to treat his patients.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and friends.
