An injury should never deter someone from pursuing an active lifestyle. Throughout high school, Kevin dealt with numerous injuries which plagued his athletic career. Determined to get back into the games he loved, he spent a lot of time learning to train around his injuries while researching different techniques for self-rehabilitation. While Kevin’s injuries hindered him in some aspects, they set him on a path to help others return to the games and activities they love.
In 2015, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in Exercise Physiology. In 2018, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University while serving as a teaching assistant in Gross Anatomy for the first year DPT students. In addition to treating athletes ranging from the weekend warrior, to professional athletes, Kevin has been a Crossfit Coach since 2016, and a teaching assistant for multiple classes in the Rutgers Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. He uses his experience, education, and latest research to form intelligent exercise programs to facilitate the rehab process. His goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and to get his patients moving better and feeling better in the activities they love.
When not spending time in the clinic, Kevin likes to spend time with family and friends, as well as enjoy his hobbies of CrossFit, running, hiking, and golfing.
