Keith Weinberg, PT, DPT, CSCS




Keith received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2023. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at SUNY Cortland in 2018. Keith went on to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) where he spent the next two years gaining experience as both a personal trainer and physical therapy aide. During his time at NYIT, Keith gained experience in outpatient orthopedics and Sports rehab. He had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages, gaining experience working with ACLR, Bankart’s, RTCR and many other common orthopedic sports injuries. Keith gained valuable experience utilizing various forms of objective testing such as Force Plates, Biodex, Dynamometers and return to sport batteries for post operative athletes.
Keith utilizes an exercise and objective based approach to keep people active and feeling great. Keith believes in a patient centered approach that relies on communication and promotes self-reliance so his patients can take control of their pain and return to active lifestyles. Keith enjoys working with athletes, weekend warriors, or anyone who is looking to maintain or get back to activities they once loved.
In his free time, Keith enjoys indoor Rock Climbing, resistance training, coffee, and is a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur.
