Kam received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University. While at Columbia, Kam completed several outpatient orthopedic clinical affiliations and gained exposure to post-operative rehab, return-to-sport training, acute injury treatment, and management of multi-system diagnoses.
Kam began her physical therapy career as a travel therapist in the New York City area. Her travel assignments provided an array of clinical experiences, ranging from sports performance centers to long-term care facilities. Throughout her time as a travel therapist, Kam has developed a passion for chronic pain management and focuses on applying pain science to the treatment of various orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Kam is originally from Dallas, Texas but has made New York City her home. In her free time, you can find Kam walking through Central Park with her pup or trekking upstate with her snowboard.
