Justin Horwath earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University and Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from Appalachian State University. His clinical experiences involve orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, post-surgical care, and conservative treatments. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and SFMA Level 1 Certified.

Justin became a physical therapist for his passion of exercise and the human body. He focuses on combining manual techniques and neuromuscular reeducation to maximize and restore dysfunctional movements patterns. He has been involved in organized sports his entire life and through those experiences, learned many valuable lessons involving the body, injuries and the need for proper training and rehabilitation. Each individual is unique and requires a specific program tailored to their needs and expectations.

In his spare time, Justin stays active in a variety of ways. He spends time in the gym weightlifting, playing in soccer leagues in the city, and has recently taken an interest in golf. He also enjoys hiking, snowboarding, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
