June was an OB/GYN in China before immigrating with her family to U.S. She has been enjoying working and studying since moving to U.S. She finished her master’s degree in chemistry and biochemistry from Queens College, and then clinical laboratory science program from Stony Brook University. Since 2010, she first worked as a licensed NYS clinical laboratory scientist in North Shore-LIJ University hospital, and later as a clinical laboratory acting supervisor in New York Presbyterian hospital-Queens. Even though her career as a clinical laboratory scientist went smoothly, June still missed the feeling of seeing and treating patients. She decided to advance her medical career to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Later, June earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University.

During her last clinical specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy, June treated both male and female patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions. Building on her master’s degree in chemistry and biochemistry, her transition started with ECFMG certification, then the study of clinical laboratory science and Doctor of Physical Therapy, June is very interested in becoming a pelvic floor therapy specialist with combining her medial training in China and her physical therapy training in U.S.

In her spare time, June is pursuing of her various hobbies, including learning art at Hunter College, especially concentrating on drawing and painting, and spending time outdoors for camping, fishing, and traveling.
