Joshua is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, holding a degree from Cortiva Institute. Throughout his time at school, he specialized in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Therapy, later moving on to working with Cupping and the Graston Technique. Joshua has been practicing massage since 2015 and has worked in both medical and spa backgrounds, giving him a broad experience of both environments.
Joshua has also worked at many corporate massage events, and has developed a strong detection of trigger points, even over layers of clothing. His professional style is a mix of trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy. Joshua aims to provide long lasting relief through a combination of strong attention to detail and meticulous thought about each patient’s everyday life.
Joshua is currently training for an amateur bodybuilding competition; lately, he has been experimenting with a wide range of workouts, from old-school golden era techniques, to new school science-based workouts. Joshua loves to rock climb, and prioritizes self-care through clean eating and lots of sleep!
