Jeff earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University. Jeff is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. From a young age, he played a variety of sports on many competitive levels, eventually leading to playing collegiate baseball.
Jeff has treated an extremely diverse population with clinical experiences including orthopedics, sports rehab, strength testing, return-to-sport, injury prevention, in season athlete management, and post-operative rehab. In addition, Jeff has clinical experience in post-operative Tommy John surgery for high level high school, collegiate and professional baseball players as well as in-season MLB athlete management. He has also participated in sports rehab with gymnasts and rowers. Jeff believes in an evidence-based approach to help his patients obtain the best quality of life through improving their strength and functional mobility and allowing them to stay active.
Jeff grew up in New Jersey before moving to New York City for PT school. Outside of the clinic, he continues to stay active working on his fitness goals through weight lifting and running. Jeff enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, exploring new restaurants, hiking, golfing and snowboarding.
