Himani pursued her masters in exercise science from Long Island University in NY after graduating from PT school in India. She furnished her knowledge of PT by enrolling in post professional school and gained her Doctorate in PT from Touro college of health sciences in NY.

Himani considers herself to be an eclectic and it reflects in her approach for training her patients. Being an Indian classical dancer growing up, she always believed that there’s more to an impairment than just the injured body part believes in treating the body holistically. Her treatment includes techniques such as myofascial releases, trigger point release, IASTM, joint mobilization, kinesiotaping along with conventional and pilates based exercises. Himani has been extremely fascinated by kinesiology and has practiced manual techniques creating changes to the joint mechanisms by working on them just with her hands, she is also highly motivated to continue her education and specialize in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and currently pursuing certifications towards it.

Apart from her passion for Physical Therapy, Himani is an outgoing person and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, learning new skills, taking dance or yoga classes, working out and exploring restaurants.
