Haley received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. While earning her degree, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Rock Steady Boxing Certified Clinician. In her last year, Haley received the Future Leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award of the New York Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association for her determination and passion for delivering high quality care for all patients.
Haley was first exposed to physical therapy after watching her friend tear her ACL during a soccer game. After attending multiple physical therapy sessions with her friend, Haley grew a passion for the field and observed the intricate relationship formed between patient and therapist. She watched the physical and emotional toll the ACL tear on her friend, and wanted to get into the field and help others the way her friend was helped. Throughout her clinical and educational background, Haley has steadily built her toolbox to effectively treat patients from multiple backgrounds. Her clinical experiences include orthopedics, pre/post-op rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, home care, geriatrics, and wound care/scar management. In every setting, Haley has provided individualized, personal care focusing on the needs of her patients, ensuring each patient is given the tools to reach their goals and return back to doing what they love.
Haley moved to New York City from Los Angeles to experience weather for the first time, and has been enjoying seeing some snow for the first time! Haley loves traveling, going to amusement parks, spending time with family and friends, playing video games, watching musicals and plays, and creating content online to help future generations of physical therapists navigate their way towards their dream career.
