Grace Chang earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College in Manhattan. Prior to receiving her doctorate, Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Touro College and bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University. While at Touro College, she helped develop and co-author the NIOSH-funded research study “A framework for preparing clinicians for the clinical challenges of the opioid crisis.”
Grace began her Physical Therapy journey as an aide and has since treated a diverse range of patient populations, including post-surgical, neurological, geriatrics, sports, and overuse injuries. She views the patient holistically, and carefully examines every aspect of the problem before developing a plan of care to achieve set goals.
Grace is interested in furthering her education in hand therapy since she views it as the most complex part of the human body. Outside of the clinic Grace likes to practice martial arts, play soccer, and learn how to play hockey.
