Garavi earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Nutrition from Drexel University. She has worked with patients of all ages in mixed outpatient and home health settings. Her clinical experiences include treating general orthopedic conditions, fall and injury prevention, pre/post-op rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, pelvic health conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological conditions such as stroke and spinal cord injuries.
Garavi has also traveled to Guatemala to treat medically underserved populations through Drexel University in partnership with Hearts in Motion. She enjoys working with patients of various backgrounds and is dedicated to providing them with individualized programs to improve their quality of life. During her time in school, she focused on continuing education and advocacy through involvement in organizations such as the American Physical Therapy Association.
Garavi has enjoyed dancing throughout her childhood and undergraduate education. She completed her training in Kathak, an Indian classical dance form, and while at Drexel University she was captain of her dance team. Garavi also enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, biking, spending time with friends and family, and playing pickleball, tennis, and volleyball.
