Elisabeth Miller, PT, DPT

Grand Central – 3rd Ave

Elisabeth Miller, a life-long resident of Queens, NY, is a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional. She graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Elisabeth attended Queens College where she studied dance, theatre and business. Her leadership skills developed as she served as the captain of the Queens College dance team and lead her team to finals of the Universal Dance Association College National Championship in Orlando, FL. In addition to her own dance practice, Elisabeth also taught dance, sharing her passion and knowledge with others.

Elisabeth further expanded her skill set by becoming certified in Pilates from the Kane School at Kinected in Chelsea, NYC. This allows her to incorporate Pilates into her therapeutic approach, providing holistic care experience for her patients. During her clinical rotation at Northwell Peconic Bay Medical Center, Elisabeth gained valuable experience in sports rehab and post-operative care. She was able to bring her love of dance and physical therapy together while completing her final clinical rotation at Spear’s Center for the Performing Arts where she got hands-on experience in this specialty. She is also an active member of the Performing Arts Medicine Association.

In her free time, Elisabeth enjoys growing her own vegetables, kayaking, walking her dog, spending time with her friends and family, and hiking at national parks. Elisabeth’s journey reflects her commitment to her field and her unique approach to integrating the arts into healthcare.
