David earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA in 2024. Before attending graduate school, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with a minor in Dance Education. David worked in dance administration for the Bodiography Contemporary Ballet Company, group/individualized fitness instruction, and as a rehabilitation aide in various clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, occupational therapy, acute care, and inpatient comprehensive neurologic rehabilitation.
David has been highly active since he was young, exploring many sports activities until he found a passion for dance and competitive figure skating. While he also picked up tennis in high school, David rekindled his love for the performing arts in college by dancing with the Pitt Ballet Club and Pitt Dance Ensemble, further cultivating his knowledge of the human body and exercise as a form of health and medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys dance, yoga, pilates, cooking/eating, Broadway shows and traveling.
David is excited to begin his physical therapy career with SPEAR and aims to provide skilled, individualized, and evidence-based treatment to help others discover the outer and inner strength that they possess and empower them to achieve their goals. He is grateful for the opportunity to fulfill his lifelong dream of moving to NYC and is excited to get more involved with the people, art, and beauty of this city.

That was nice of you! SPEAR thanks you, and welcomes your friend. We know their life can’t wait, so our scheduling and insurance concierges will email or call them right back to schedule their appointment.
