David Block, PT, DPT
Regional Director- DPT, PT
David Block is the Regional Director of our Liberty Region. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with distinction from the New York Institute of Technology. While at NYIT, David received the Benjamin Morey Commitment to Excellence Award and the Alpha Eta Student Research Award. His graduate research study was published in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2015.
David has been with Spear since 2015 holding various leadership positions throughout his tenure. He is passionate about growing future leaders and supporting his teams through mentorship. He prides himself on being a strong communicator who leads with empathy.
David grew up on Long Island and enjoyed playing soccer, hockey, and tennis both competitively and for leisure. In David’s free time, he enjoys attending concerts, staying active and spending time with his two dogs.
