Danny earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. During his undergraduate studies, Danny also became a certified strength and conditioning coach and began working with athletes and the general population.
Danny’s clinical experience includes working at multiple outpatient clinics, as well as a skilled nursing facility. His first outpatient experience was at our Upper West Side 67th Street location. Danny completed his last clinical affiliation at Resilient Performance Systems in NYC/NJ, where he helped athletes and general population clients of all levels reach their performance goals.
In addition to his Physical Therapy experience, Danny has interned and worked at a variety of settings as a strength and conditioning coach including with the University of Connecticut, Cressey Sports Performance, and EXOS. During this time, Danny worked with a large population of professional and collegiate athletes. He has taken multiple courses in the Postural Restoration Institute and is always looking for ways to incorporate their foundations into his treatment. He has clinical interest and experience in both hip and core muscle injuries.
Danny grew up actively involved in sports including baseball, basketball, and football. During his playing days, he encountered a number of injuries and PT. In dealing with his own injuries he became drawn to rehab and exercise and developed a passion for both athletes and those dealing with chronic pain.
When not in the clinic you can find Danny hitting the gym, reading up on the stock market or PT topics, and enjoying New York Yankee or Giants games with friends.
