Cynthia earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Prior to earning her Doctorate, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. John’s University in Queens, NY.
Cynthia always had an interest in healthcare as she loved helping others and chose physical therapy after volunteering at a rehabilitation center during her undergraduate career. Her clinical rotations ranged from inpatient, sub-acute care, and outpatient settings. Cynthia has clinical experience in orthopedics, return to sport, post-stroke, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, and post-operative cases. Cynthia prioritizes patient education, manual therapy, and individualized therapeutic exercises to address her patient’s lifestyle and job goals.
Cynthia is a Queens native. During her free time, Cynthia enjoys working out, traveling, exploring nearby areas, trying new food, and spending time with family and friends.
