Cory obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, and his Bachelor of Mathematics and Business degree from Franklin and Marshall College. During his undergraduate studies, Cory suffered an injury while playing for his school’s baseball team. After receiving physical therapy treatment for a torn ACL, Cory decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. While at Columbia, Cory completed research related to mindfulness and managing stress which included organizing an elective course for students.
Over the last four years, Cory served as a personal trainer in the Manhattan area and completed an internship at Indianapolis Sports and Fitness Training, working with a variety of individuals from youth athletes to older adults. Cory has also completed a diverse set of clinical rotations ranging from acute care at Mount Sinai Beth Israel to outpatient/sports rehabilitation at Rehab2Perform. He believes strongly in progressing people back to the activities they love doing the most.
Outside of the clinic, Cory enjoys hiking, spending time with family, reading, and looking for the best cup of coffee in NYC.
