Corin is originally from Rochester, Minnesota and received her bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. She graduated with a Major in Movement Science with Minors in Dance and Psychology. She later went to Mercy College of Health Science in Des Moines, Iowa where she received her Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduation she found herself in New York and has been here ever since.

Corin began dancing at the age of three and continued to dance through college. One of her dance teachers in middle school was a Physical Therapist who started her interest in the field at a young age. Later in high school, Corin attended a health science course where there was a physical therapist guest speaker. After hearing the speaker, she knew this was the field she wanted to pursue.

Corin’s time in the outpatient setting has gained her exceptional experience with working on a variety of conditions including: orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, acute & chronic conditions. She has also received a certification in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation. Corin previously worked in skilled nursing facilities and has dealt and managed short and long term patients who have had amputations, generalized weakness and neurological disorders such as stroke. Corin wants patients to feel like their concerns are heard and she strives to create a positive environment for patients to thrive with their rehab process. She understands that no two people are the same and wants every patient to get the personalized treatment they deserve.

When Corin is not in the clinic, you can find her staying active with pilates and yoga. She also loves being out in nature, dog watching in the park, spending time with friends and family, taking care of her plant babies at home and doing arts and crafts. She enjoys exploring the city and finding the best local coffee shops in the neighborhood.
