Colby graduated from Northeastern University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a Business minor. During his time at Northeastern, Colby performed research examining the multiple barriers of living an active and healthy lifestyle for children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. While in Boston he volunteered at the Boston Marathon, Pan-Mass Challenge, Amp Surf, Relay for Life, JDRF and other non-profits.

Colby also has a passion for the performing arts and has been a PT for Broadway Shows such as Funny Girl, The Notebook The Musical and various productions at The Friedman Theatre. He has worked with various dance companies in Manhattan as well.

Colby also has a passion for returning athletes to their sports. He has treated patients at every level from middle school to college levels. He has even had the pleasure of working with basketball players in the EuroLeague.

In his free time, Colby enjoys traveling, photography, surfing, rooting for Boston sports teams and finding the best wings in NYC.
