Christianne Salac, PT, DPT






After graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Christianne continued her education in New York earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She was honored with the APTA New York Student Participation Award and the SUNY Downstate PT Program Student Leadership Award for her involvement in various leadership roles at the federal, state, and university level throughout her time in graduate school.
Christianne is passionate about advocating for patients’ needs and promoting a holistic approach in their plan of care. This is demonstrated in her diverse experience treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary diagnosis during her rotations in outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Empowering individuals through their own understanding of human movement is what drives her and inspires her practice.
This Southern California transplant has been living in Brooklyn since 2014. In her spare time, you can find her biking around Brooklyn, food touring, karaoke-ing, and attempting to keep her house plants alive.
