Cara Chow, PT, DPT, CSCS
Cara graduated from New York University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to her professional studies, she obtained her Bachelor of Art in Economics and Chinese Language & Literature from Hunter College. Cara’s love for movement started in Shanghai, China where she was a group fitness instructor and eventually led her to become a strength and conditioning specialist.
Throughout her clinical experiences, Cara gained exposure to various patient populations, conditions, clinical environments, and treatment approaches. She enjoys working with athletes and weekend warriors, striving to educate and empower everyone she meets to self-manage their injuries and prevent future ones in order for them to continue what they love. Outside of physical therapy, Cara spends her time weightlifting, rock climbing, cooking and looking for delicious food/coffee spots.
