Cait earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Cait was a competitive gymnast until the age of 18 and due to the nature of the sport, had many injuries and three surgeries, all requiring physical therapy. This is what sparked Cait’s passion and interest in the field. She realized then that not only is it important to treat a patient’s physical impairments, but also to treat each patient from a more holistic approach. Cait takes extra care to get to know each of her patients individually and caters her treatment approach to match their needs.
Cait grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and moved to NYC once she finished graduate school. Most of her clinical experience includes working with orthopedic and sports injuries. She also has experience working with geriatrics and patients with different neurological diagnoses. She recently returned from Thailand, where she completed a 200hr yoga teacher training. Cait is certified in Reiki and plans to utilize what she learned in these trainings to better serve her patients.
In her free time, Cait enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, practicing yoga, Pilates and barre, going to the beach, eating delicious food, and traveling all over the world.
