Brenda Varrasso is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. She has been practicing since 2007 and has worked in many settings with her favorite being fitness centers and chiropractic offices. Most recently, Brenda earned her Practitioner level in Ortho-Bionomy®, a subtle body-work that supports the self-corrective reflexes in the body.
Brenda decided to become a massage therapist because of her never-ending curiosity about health, how the body functions and wanting to help people feel ease of movement in their bodies. As someone who has had injuries from sports and just experienced tension from general life, she feels an empathy for her clients when they are also experiencing such things.
Professionally, Brenda loves working with her colleagues to assist each other in the advancement of each other’s profession and knowledge. Additionally, she is working on her advanced practitioner level in Ortho-Bionomy®.
In her down time, Brenda loves running, yoga, reading non-fiction and anything that will get her into the outdoors.
