Ashley Jacob, PT, DPT

Ashley earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. During her undergraduate studies at Auburn University in Alabama, Ashley was awarded and recognized for her photography of campus scenes, buildings, and landmarks.
Prior to receiving her Doctorate, Ashley has had a decade of experience as a Certified Medical
Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer to a wide range of individuals including celebrities such as Martha Stewart as well as contestants from The Biggest Loser TV Show. She has also been interviewed live on News 12 Westchester and published in Health News Digest as a subject matter expert. Ashley has a deep passion for application of health technology in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine. She is constantly exploring some of the latest and exciting developments to help her patients recover from injury and restore movement.
Originally from Huntsville Alabama, Ashley is happy to have made New York her home and continues to stay active through hiking, rock-climbing, kayaking, cycling, cross-country skiing, and golfing. In her free time, Ashley enjoys being an avid traveler and food lover with her partner. She also loves chess, Pac-Man, photography, and trying to beat her best Rubik’s cube time.
