Alexandra graduated from Ithaca College, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies with a Health Policy and Management minor.  During her undergraduate studies, Alexandra was a member of the Ithaca College softball team where she helped lead her team 3 conference championships and a trip to the DIII College World Series.

Alexandra’s interest in Physical Therapy was sparked by many years of participating in athletics, playing both softball and basketball. During her clinical affiliations, Alexandra worked in pediatric and orthopedic settings where she further enhanced her understanding of diverse patient needs.

Prior to joining the team at Spear,  Alexandra worked in inpatient and outpatient neurologic settings where she treated patients who had suffered from stroke, TBI  spinal cord injury, or other neurologic conditions. Alexandra worked closely with her patients and their support systems providing individualized care to optimize their functional abilities and return them to living independent lives. Her approach to patient care is prioritizing the patients’ functional goals using evidence-based practice to promote lifelong wellness and help patients return to activities they enjoy.

Outside of the clinic Alexandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, hiking, traveling, and exploring the city.
