Growing up, Adeeb had always been full of energy and participated in many sports and hobbies such as karate, football, lacrosse, ultimate frisbee, and skateboarding. Adeeb eventually found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) at the Renzo Gracie Academy HQ in Midtown and fell in love. Since this discovery, he has begun training to compete for Jiu Jitsu tournaments such as IBJJF. Since this discovery, Adeeb wanted to merge his passion for Physical Therapy and BJJ, so he had volunteered to assist combat athletes in their training camps by improving their health and function. Off the mats, Adeeb enjoys strength training, running, UFC, and keeping up with the latest health, fitness and physical therapy news developments.
He feels extremely satisfied when he helps our patients achieve their goals, there is no better feeling than giving someone the power to live their fullest and functional life. He connects his passion for Jiu Jitsu to his approach in therapy, because he sees every case as unique and believes that learning new techniques is very important, problems can have multiple solutions. He plans to pursue a certification as a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS).
