Aashika earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from MUHS University in Pune, India. She has extensive experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and she values active, engaging sessions that help her connect with her patients and learn about their passions. She believes that the key to successful rehabilitation is ensuring that clients feel safe and heard, which promotes active participation and aids in their recovery.

Her clinical experience encompasses treating musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunctions, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological impairments such as Parkinson’s disease and Bell’s palsy, and geriatric conditions with a special focus on fall prevention. Aashika possesses a deep understanding of human biomechanics and exercise physiology. Her approach is marked by a dedication to excellence, ongoing education, and compassionate care.

Currently, Aashika is pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from LIU Brooklyn and is set to graduate in May 2025. She is also interested in pursuing certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy in the future.

In her free time, Aashika enjoys exploring different neighborhoods, visiting quaint coffee shops, and trying their macha lattes. She is enthusiastic about catching sunrises and sunsets and volunteers at animal shelters and cat cafes due to her immense love for animals.
