Justin Schapero, OTR/L

Justin is an OTR/L who is an undergraduate with a B.S in public health from Syracuse University and a postgraduate with a MSOT from New York University. Justin has had an interest in the profession ever since he received occupational therapy services when he was a child. Ever since, he had sought out to become an occupational therapist and accomplish his professional goals as one in order to provide the best quality of care for his patients. Justin has clinical experience and competency working in acute, sub-acute, and outpatient settings. He has worked with patients that have had a wide array of different injuries. Some of these include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, cardiovascular injuries, orthopedic injuries, amputations, chronic respiratory failure, COPD, and much more. 

When Justin is out of the office, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, jamming on his guitar with his band, going to live events, cooking, and hanging out with family and friends. Partaking in these everyday activities assists him in being able to better connect with his patients in order to build a rapport that strengthens the therapeutic process. 

Justin was born and raised in New York. He enjoys the time he spends in Manhattan and is looking forward to working with Spear.
