SPEAR is Proud to be the Exclusive Pelvicore Provider in NYC
The Pelvicore Ball was designed by Chicago physical therapist Christina Christie as a way to engage the core, pelvic floor and hip muscles simultaneously to improve functional movements.
At SPEAR, we utilize the Pelvicore Ball during our physical therapy sessions and our Pelvicore classes (available at various SPEAR locations) with the goal of enhancing strength, coordination and balance. The classes focus on functional movements such as squatting, lunging, balance and some cardio movement, all using the Pelvicore Ball.

Pelvicore participants receive weekly newsletters featuring fitness tips, along with any updates/changes to our Pelvicore classes.
